ingredients:
3 C grated Gruyere cheese2 C grated Emmenthaler cheese
3 T flour 1 1/2 Riesling wine
1/4 C milk1/8 t nutmeg
1/8 t white pepper 1 clove garlic

instructions: Toss cheese with flour. Split garlic and rub pan. Add wine and bring to simmer. Slowly add cheeses while stirring. Add milk, nutmeg and pepper.
