| 1 15oz can diced tomatoes w/ jalepenos
2 15oz cans diced tomatoes w/ onions and garlic or any other combo you like
32 oz vegetable broth
1 large onion
6-7 stalks of celery
4-5 carrots
1/2 head of cabbage
other vegetables as desired
pasta or rice |

instructions: Put tomatoes and broth in a large pot. Chop and add vegetables. Cook until tender. Add pasta or rice if you like. Deb adds grated parmesan cheese. Yum.
