1 can anchovies (5-10 filets) | 3 tablespoons wine vinegar | | Dash of Worcestershire sauce | Dash of Tabasco sauce | | 1 head Romaine Lettuce | ½ cup Croutons | | ¼ C Parmesan cheese |

instructions: Blend all ingredients except the lettuce, croutons and cheese.
Mix ½ cup of dressing with 1 head of lettuce well. Add Croutons and Cheese. Repeat for additional salads. 2 heads make enough salad for 10
