Please note that Wednesday, 10/27/10, and Thursday, 10/28/10, are out-of-class research days for students in the two-day a week class sessions. Regardless of class session, all students need to be doing their research on their vote smart papers this week. Papers need to be completed and ready to turn in by the beginning of class next week. Being that election day is Tuesday, 11/2/10, all students are encouraged to have all research done before this date. This assignment is designed to educate us on where our elected officials stand on issues of importance to us, thus allowing us to look at not only the pary and the candidate, but also the issues when making our decision on election day. See you next class:-)
Have a great Nevada Day, 10/31/10:-)
Happy Election Day, 11/2/10:-)
