Qualifications Four years programming experience using C++.  Fluent in using abstract
               data types and OO programming.  Knowledge of implementation of low
               level POSIX API, 3 years Unix administration and programming, 2 years
               Windows NT administration.  Functional knowledge of TCP/IP using Unix
               IPC.  Basic HTML, Perl, and JavaScript skills.  Knowledge of hardware
               level concepts and troubleshooting.
