Hospital Administration Rotation Week:

Please arrive at 8:30 on Monday of your assigned week at the Administration Office (off of the hallway that leads to the Auditorium, just beyond the Med Staff Office). You will be given a meeting schedule for the remainder of the week.

Hospitalist Inpatient Rotation Week:

Please page your hospitalist attending on the day prior to the start of your rotation (pager numbers may be found in your syllabus). You will generally be expected to round throughout the morning with the hospitalist (usually at multiple hospitals). Your afternoons will usually be free to work on your QI project.

Hospice and Home Health Rotation Week:

Please refer to the Master Rotation Calendar for the days you are assigned to VistaCare and St. Mary's Hospice, and post-cardiac Washoe Home Health.

Intubation/Lines and Pain Management Rotation Week:

Mondays and Fridays OR Schedule: You will need to call Associated Anesthesiologists after 4 PM before each day to find out which anesthesiologist to look for at the WMC operating room (call on Friday for Monday schedule).
Tuesday and Thursdays: call Associated Anesthesiologists the day prior to determine which hospital and at what time to meet the pain anesthesiologist. Afternoons will be spent at the AA pain clinic.
